Vital Healthcare Solutions provides compassionate, personalised nursing and home support for older adults who wish to access privately funded care — without needing to wait for government package approval.

We currently offer services to older Australians on a private-pay basis only. While we are not yet registered as a Commonwealth Aged Care Provider through My Aged Care, we are able to support older adults who wish to engage our team directly without government funding.

We’re here to support elderly Australians with dignity, comfort, and independence, each and every step of the way.

Who We Assist

Clinical and Registered Nursing Services

We offer a range of high-quality, privately funded home care and nursing services, including:

  • Comprehensive Registered Nursing care

  • Medication administration and medication management

  • Wound care and post-operative nursing support

  • Chronic disease monitoring (diabetes, cardiac, respiratory, etc.)

  • Health assessments and ongoing clinical reviews

  • Pain management and symptom monitoring

  • Coordination with GPs, specialists, and hospitals

  • Clinical documentation and care planning

All services are tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and goals.

Home Support Services (In addition to Nursing Care)

  • Personal care (showering, grooming, hygiene)

  • Meal preparation and nutritional support

  • Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, dishes)

Important Information

Vital Healthcare Solutions is not currently a registered Aged Care Provider under the Commonwealth
My Aged Care system.

This means:

  • We cannot accept government-funded Home Care Packages.

  • We do not provide subsidised aged care services.

  • All support is provided as private-pay services through a direct agreement with you.
